Experience
Hi! I'm a pharmacy student looking for some part time work tutoring high school or college students in science, writing, or standardized test prep. I love working with students and sharing my passion for science, especially for students who don't necessarily think of themselves as "science/math people." Chances are, if you feel like you aren't a math person, you've just never had a teacher who was able to adapt to your learning style! I grew up going to a Montessori school and learned a lot of different approaches to math and science than conventional schooling takes and I'm happy to share them with people who might benefit from a different perspective on things! Standardized exam experience: SAT, ACT, AP Biology, AP Chemistry, AP Physics, AP Calculus, PCAT (pre-pharmacy), PTCB (pharmacy technician) Relevant classes: college-level and graduate biology, chemistry, math, physics, writing courses (contact for details)

Hobbies
When I'm not in school, I enjoy a whole heap of outdoor hobbies, including backpacking, hiking, running, canoeing, mountain biking, and walking my two German Shepherds around Duluth. I also LOVE watching Wild and Bulldog hockey, attempting to bake lovely (though sometimes misshapen) desserts, discussing pharmacy, and playing oddly competitive cribbage with anyone who sits down long enough to trap into a game.
