Score of 24 on the ACT, completed a CIS(College in Schools) literature/writing course with a B, 3 years of high school French and currently taking intermediate French in college, excelled in history and social study courses with an A average, proficient in computer skills with 95 WPM--I would like to be a tutor so that I can help younger students in high school excel in their studies so that they can go beyond high school into college to pursue their dream careers. I am a very helpful and patient person, and I believe that I can help a student, or several, achieve success in their high school academic career. It is important for them to also learn and interact with another student who is closer to their age, and it will make it more comfortable for them to learn from me. I have never had a tutoring position before but I do know that I can make a difference in a student's academic life, and I can help them accomplish their goals.
