I work very well at instructing others in applied fields that I have knowledge of (exclusively English, Literature, and Writing), am going to pursue a secondary education in either Law or English. I want to be a tutor so I can help younger students do well in the subjects they are struggling in and improve their chances of succeeding in the future, which in turn will affect their lives in a positive way. I have studied abroad in England and have been a part of multiple volunteer programs and outreach programs and have thought strongly about a career in teaching professionally after graduate school.

Hobbies
I enjoy writing and am currently working on a novel based on my personal experiences recollected in a fictional story. I often read on my free time when I am not spending a lot of time reading for my classes. I am really involved with extra curricular programs at my university, including MPIRG, Get up Minnesota, French Club, and the International Education Office. I really enjoy reaching out to other students and getting them interested in being more involved with their school and their community. When I was in high school I was part of a program called key club and received a medal my senior year for volunteering over one hundred hours of community service during the school year. On occasion I enjoy jogging, playing guitar, and attending Socratic society seminars to satisfy my yearning for philosophical knowledge.
