I have worked at Dairy Queen for almost 2 1/2 years, I have always been a hard worker and fast learner. I have not taken any tutoring jobs but I have helped friends and family with homework issues several times. My aunt is currently going to school for a new career and has trouble with math homework that I usually find to be easy to help her with even when I have very little memory of how to do the problems. Once I start getting into the homework and understand what pieces of information I am given, I am very good at re-remembering how to do the problem. I scored a 26 commulative on the ACT in high school, scoring at a 30 in the Math category. I also have taken several honors and AP courses and am able to help students who take these courses. I have taken AP European History, Ap Physics, Ap Government and Politics, as well as IB English. I would enjoy tutoring students because I like to help people, I am generally a positive person and easy to work with. I myself had my own struggles in High school sometimes with homework and that's why I feel I would be a really good tutor because I understand how a student can try their hardest and still do poorly on a test. I am also a certified babysitter.
