I am currently a freshman at the University of Minnesota Duluth and have been studying spanish since the 7th grade. I am going to be a writing studies major with either a double major in Spanish or a minor in Spanish. I graduated high school ranked 20th/580 students and with a 3.9 GPA.

Experience

I am a member of the National World Language Honors Society I have taken Spanish 1,2,3,4 and am currently enrolled in Advanced Spanish and will be taking Hispanic Culture and Civilization. I was a tutor my junior and senior year of high school to students who struggled with all different levels of Spanish, and would really love to get the chance to help others and improve their Spanish as well as keep up on mine. I volunteered at Children's hospital in St.Paul Minnesota and often had to work with spanish speaking children. I worked at McDonald's and Payless Shoe Source where I often had to help Spanish speaking customers.
